We’d like to recognize a milestone in the career development of our technician, Blake Edwards, for performing a timing chain/water pump service on a GM Ecotec engine. These are intricate repairs that require focus, patience, and following specifications. This was his first solo/monitored timing chain service and he did excellent. We look forward to watching him grow here at 3rd Gear KY.

Never know what youre gonna find inside a customers old tires when youre installing a new set.......this used to be an accepted practice for years and years, but for the last 15 or so its been frowned upon by industry standards and HIGHLY against insurance company standards. Personally i know our old 2WD frarm truck when i was a kid had tubes and bias ply traction king mud tires.....but i wouldnt want to use a modern tube on the highway and drive like we all drive today. What do you all think ?
