Let there be light. We’re making some improvements to the pit at CarVault Main Line so our members have an even better pickup and drop off experience. A fresh treatment for the walls and floor is underway, but the biggest game changer might just be the hex lighting overhead. CarVault is hiring!
We are looking for Car Care Coordinators to join our team.

As a Car Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and secure storage of our clients’ valuable vehicles while delivering exceptional sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations:
o Assist in the day-to-day operations of the car storage facility, including valet services, security protocols, and facility maintenance.
o Assist with tours, sales and sales follow up as needed or instructed by Car Care Operations Manager.
o Ensure all vehicles receive proper care, including photographing and documenting blemishes, battery maintenance, tire pressure, hand washing (if trained from Detail Manager), exercising vehicles based on clients preferences, moving vehicles inside the facility, and general maintenance checks.
o Assist with planning, organizing and attending Events
o Assist with Opening and Closing procedures
o Assist with the general maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
2. Client Relations:
o Serve as the initial point of contact for all prospects and clients of CarVault and CarSpa, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
3. Security and Risk Management:
o Implement robust security measures to safeguard clients’ vehicles against theft, vandalism, and damage, including surveillance systems, access controls, and regular security patrols.
o Develop and enforce strict protocols for handling, detailing and storing valuable vehicles, minimizing the risk of accidents or incidents.
4. Quality Assurance:
o Conduct regular inspections of the facility and stored vehicles to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and condition.
5. Sales and Prospecting:
o Identify opportunities to offer detailing services to existing members, members family and friends, event attendees, and service partners.

Interested in a position at CarVault?

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to help us create unforgettable experiences for our members and grow the CarVault community.

This is not your typical internship—or your typical workplace.

Help us organize car rallies, collection tours, movie nights, automotive events, and collaborations with local car clubs, dealerships, restaurants, and industry partners.

The role includes event planning, social media, member communications, creating our monthly newsletter, and grassroots marketing throughout the local automotive community.

It’s a paid, part-time position (approximately 16-20 hours per week) with flexibility for some remote work.

Love cars? Great. But we’re also looking for someone who is creative, organized, outgoing, dependable, and knows how to make s*** happen.

*And for the right person who also has the skills to safely move and care for collector cars—including driving a manual transmission—there may be an opportunity to combine this role with our Car Care Coordinator position and grow into a full-time salaried position with benefits ($50,000–$65,000/year).

We’re not just storing cool cars. We’re building a community around them.
