Hemi Gaskets 👋

We have worked closely with David Allen at Hussey Performance to create our own BAE/TA1 Copper Head Gasket to offer only the best to our customers. This gasket hugs the block just right and provides maximum pushrod clearance.

In addition to copper gaskets, Hussey Performance has expanded into other materials for all other areas of Hemi racing engines. They have researched and tested several different materials to ensure they have the correct material for each particular area of the engine from synthetic and aramid fiber to compressed nitrile bound carbon fiber they have what you need!

Idler Bracket Spacers, T-Nuts, and Pulley Spacers 🤩

We manufacture all these components to support our Dual Idler Assembly but many of these can be used in other assemblies. All of our Idler Spacers are .750” thick and work with the standard Hemi 3/8” stud locations. Our passenger side spacer is clearanced for the T-Nut to slid past on an angled idler assembly. We offer a driver side spacer which allows you to mount a belt guard. Our Pulley Spacers work with the standard RCD idler pulleys. Our T-Nuts come in either 3/4” thru bore or 3/4-16 thread and they fit a 1.000” slot.

Belt Guard and Mount 🤩

We manufactured this mount to use with our dual idler assembly to be able to mount a belt guard easily. This mount is the industry standard of .750” thick between motorplate and back of idler and mounts using the three 3/8 standard hemi front motorplate studs. This mount may be usable for other types of idler assemblies also. The belt guard fits perfect between the belt and oil lines.

A belt guard protecting the oil lines is essential in preventing against a blower belt causing an oil line failure. We will have these belt guards available soon in a black anodized finish.

Engine Cool Down Adapters 🤩

We made up these adapters that allow you to connect a Milwaukee M18 Compact Blower or M12 Compact Spot Blower to your breather to cool the engine during tight turn arounds.
They will only work with 1 1/4” RCD Wiggins Clamshell Breathers as pictured. If you are interested and require a different breather application please reach out as we can make custom adapters!

‼️Screw Blower Lower Restraint Plates‼️

We make these plates in .250 thick aluminum. We offer full opening, large rear opening, and custom opening plates. We can also make thicker plates for engines with belt length concerns.

Throttle Switches 👋

These are all metal electric switches to take the place of an air button to an air/electric switch. Cleans up the wiring with no need for air lines to the throttle pedal start switch. We sell these in both normally open and normally closed.

Normally open is great to start timed events on full throttle and normally closed is used to trigger events when the throttle is shut inside a timed event window. We terminate the switch pigtail and provide the matching connector for you to wire.

Wheelie Bar Load Cell 👀

We manufacture these wheelie bar load cells from 7075 aluminum with an integrated spherical rod end. The body of the load cell going into the brackets is the same width as the outer spherical bearing cup leaving the spherical ball exposed for more misalignment clearance for the angle the bars enter the brackets. The 4140 chrome moly mounting stud is 3/4-16 thread in either left or right hand direction and is locked from rotating while adjusting your upper bars.

We can also make 5/8 thread in a non-locked stud if needed. The mounting bolt hole is 1/2” but can be bushed to 3/8”, mounting width (between brackets) is .625”.

Pair this load cell with a Performance Data Systems pressure sensor and cable!

Dual Idler Assembly 🤩

We manufacture these for your standard 4.800 Hemi engines. We offer the assembly in either 75mm or 84mm belt widths. The assembly is made to be a direct replacement for your typical RCD style single idler assembly.

These idler brackets are .750” thick both front and rear with titanium idler pulley studs and nuts to create a rigid assembly. The dual idler design helps to reduce the belt oscillation as it comes off the top pulley and typically increases belt life and can reduce the need to switch to the expensive 84mm wide belt.
