Took me a minute but it’s running good enough. As close as I can get it to 100%.

Ripped it around town today and got trailed by the po po. They must’ve thought it was cool because he didn’t pull me over.

Been battling this 67’ Iron for a minute.

Out of my realm here.. don’t hate too much.

Got it in to get it running for a gentlemen. Been sitting for quite some time. Ended up having zero compression in the rear and about 25 PSI in the front. Replaced the top end and now she’s alive.

Got another Iron head waiting. Hopefully that one doesn’t give me as much trouble.

2003 Twin Cam 88B full OEM-style rebuild 🔥

This one came in needing balancer bearing replacement, so we went ahead and went all the way through it—replaced every bearing, fresh tensioners, and all new seals throughout. Top end got some love too: lapped the valve seats and installed new valve seals to keep everything sealing up tight.

Also upgraded the inner cam bearings to Torrington rollers for added durability where it counts.

Check the video in this post—you’ll see that crank spinning smooth and free in the case. That’s how you know it’s assembled right. No drag, no binding… just clean work.
