What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and lifestyle
Guide customers through the entire sales process — from test drives and trade-in evaluations to financing options and vehicle delivery
Present and explain optional protection plans, warranties, and service packages
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and repeat business opportunities
Stay up to date on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and dealership promotions
Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude
Collaborate with teammates and managers to meet and exceed sales goals
Handle customer inquiries (in person, over the phone, and online) quickly and effectively
Ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying experience for every customer who walks through our doors

✅ Organized and detail-oriented
✅ Previous sales experience a plus – but not required!
