The Daily Pit To look into the eyes of any animal is to look into their soul❤️Rescue comes in many different ways🐾 Both dogs given a 2nd chance "knew how" to love & play.

I was introduced to the bullies over 20 yrs ago 2 very abused/neglected "pits" if you will. One was an American Staffordshire Terrier one was American Bully. With patience & training they were forgiving of the "human breed" who once only taught them hurt. I laid on the floor with both of these dogs rubbing bellies & getting big wet licks in return. We adopted our first "pit mix" Saige, only 11 wks

old in rescue. 7 months later we adopted our second, Dallas, 14 months old in rescue. 3 yrs later, we adopted our second sharpei Maggie, not quite 4 months old bald from mange dumped not far from a known "puppy mill." Today, our home is FULL of wagging tails, drool, paw prints and a completed circle of family, not only for us, but for 3 dogs who were given a second chance to wake up happy every day. We want to share that fun, silliness, and kindness of these bully breeds so, the Daily Pit FB page was born....

*BUT if she tells you she didn’t snap out of her trazodone haze once we were at the vet & find her “human voice” scream like a human while Dr. Tucker tried to examine her eyes *which does not hurt* it’s important you don’t believe her 🤦‍♀️😂
