Little update on our tubing bender! Did this awile ago just realized never posted updated pictures.
Die is now 3/4 metal just printed where the tube sits and metal backed. Not sure dies ever broke before but they deffinitly wont now 😅

Earlier this week a customer needed a L31 ecm programmed for there 98 gmc savana van!
First tried with dealership tools and surprisingly not surprising gm sps couldnt flash the ecm over serial communication but ended up with the oem calibration files and got it flashed on the bench with the newest available calibration.
Old ecm died and I verified that on the bench. Was having a crank start die acting like a vats issue

can do odd stuff aswell! some one needed a BDM table for pinning out an ecu can sell the files or ship the printed parts!
designed for 1in od tube and small knitting rods, can be changed for other stuff

When you need to design a down pipe but you don't want to waist metal doing it.
Design a fl**ge with the 2.5 to 3 adapter and design it to fit up with snap fit bend fabrication parts!
Also designed up some fl**ges for custom exhaust work and printed them before sending them off to be cut on laser!
