What we initially believed to be deeply embedded sand was actually severely matted and damaged carpet that the dealer declined to address. We took great care to restore it without causing further damage. We have scheduled a follow-up appointment for additional restoration work and to deliver new floor mats currently on order. We are thrilled to have provided this Corolla with a sparkling detail service.
