When winter hit I wasn't sure what direction I was going to go with this high hours 2020 factory edition. Full frame tear down and rebuild was what I had in mind, instead all she got was a bit of lipstick... but damn im going to look good in the 45 plus class 😆 Huge shout out to and for making this tired monster look fresh again!! If you haven't tried a seat cover yet, you're living in the past. These covers grip right onto your nuts and keep your budinski in place.




Such a great turnout of bikes at a soggy day in Philly didn't discourage the hard-core moto fans.

It's good to get back in the shop after some travel for work. I'm narrowing in on the details of the 04 James Stewart KX125 while I wait on triple clamps and fork tubes. The rear brake pedal was mocked up during the frame prep, and an adjustable pedal travel stop was added to the frame. I used a brake pedal from a 2005 KX250 and moved the pivot location higher on the frame. To get the KHI brake pedal look, I found a roached 93 pedal on eBay and disassembled it for the folding pedal tip. Then I went to work adding material, cutting and shaping it until it looked the part. I still need to add a bushing for the clevis mount, but I wanted to fit check everything on the bike first.

The swingarm is all finished up for the 04 James Stewart replica KX125 bike and looking cool as ice!!! The hubs are just amazing and give the KHI factory look! The axle spacers and titanium nut are just whats needed along with the nickel hardware kit!!
