We are Proud to Partner with CureSMA!

Mobility is key to independence, but transporting traditional wheelchairs can be a challenge. That’s why Cure SMA, with support from the Luke 18:1 Foundation, is launching a grant program for FOLD & GO Wheelchairs

These lightweight, foldable wheelchairs make traveling easier by fitting in airplane cabins and eliminating the need for accessible vehicles.

To be eligible, you must be a U.S. resident with a confirmed SMA diagnosis. Approved applicants will receive a Fold & Go Travel Electric Wheelchair to keep permanently.
