Did some welding on the 57 floor structure this evening. I’m experimenting with some ER80S-D2 opposed to my normal ER70S-2. Both plate and tubing are 4130 chromoly. 3/32 2% thoriated tungsten. Gas lens furick 12 cup. 1/16 filler rod. Aircooled everlast 200DV

The exterior of the shop is finished. I will be finishing out the interior as I go to complete the vision but I’m blessed to have a shop and excited to crank out some work!

Lots of aluminum work lately. I’m loving it❤️ Standard collet body #5 cup has been the ticket. Can’t beat old Lincoln’s set on auto balance either.
