I would not recommend these folks. Went there to look at a vehicle they had listed on line. They gave us the run around that it was already sold. Decided to look around and see what else they had. They gave us a short list that was in our budget. The sales man that was assigned to us kept trying to find this one car that was listed as a terrain. I know Chevy and Buick are both gm but this kid kept looking for a Buick and referring to it as such. Dude didn't know his brands from a whole in the ground. Definitely would go any other dealer next time.
Don’t walk away from this dealership, RUN! Their post sales service is the worst I have ever experienced from a dealership in my life. They continually failed to follow through on their commitments and can not figure out how to respond to voicemail and email. Cable companies provide better customer service. I purchased a new truck October 27. I was their first customer of the day at 9 a.m., had negotiated the deal the night before, and had to wait over two hours for them to get the truck ready for delivery after coming out of financing. During the delivery at 1:30 p.m. I noticed a large door ding that was missed or caused in the detailing and the passenger’s side of the truck was filthy. Had I not caught the door ding, it would have become my problem once I left the lot. They promised to fix it and it would be ready in two days. I came back on Monday, October 29 to drop off the truck. On Monday I also responded to a form email from the GM Kenneth Kaplan noting the issue with the delivery of the vehicle. Monday evening, Chuck the sales manager called to ask me what the issue was and how they could make it right. I explained the situation and he said that he would personally ensure the second delivery would be perfect. He then started to badger me about giving them an exceptional rating on the Ford survey. I told him I would hold off completing to see how things went the second time around. The truck was supposed to be ready October 30, but I let them know I could not pick up until Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning, I received a call from the salesperson who told me it would not be ready for pickup until late Thursday. I let him know I would be in at 4 p.m. Thursday to pick up. When I came in Thursday to pick up, the perfect delivery was again anything but. Chuck the sales manager never even came out to introduce himself. They went and got the truck and a different salesperson wanted to review everything with me. Over the weekend I had already set the electronics myself as this was not done at the initial delivery. I asked him a couple of questions he answered and asked a couple of questions he couldn’t answer, but there was no follow up on the answers. Chuck the sales manager even promised me a free detail that the salesperson knew nothing about. Needless to say, the survey did not reflect even close to a perfect score. As part of the deal, they were to order and install a tailgate ladder. When the part came in, the service manager called on Tuesday, November 13 and asked me to call back and schedule an appointment. I left him four voicemails over a five-day period that went unanswered. In the meantime, John the sales manager called and left me a voicemail in response to my completed survey and wanted to know what he could do to fix the problem. I left him a voicemail and there was no response. That Saturday, November 17, I left John the sales manager a second voicemail to let him know I was very annoyed at the service managers failure to follow up. Low and behold, Chris the service manager finally called back. Still crickets from John. That Monday, November 19, I go to have the part installed and it doesn’t fit because of the bed cover I have so I now must get a refund and I it is now up to me to resolve. (I did receive the refund on time!) Tuesday afternoon November 20, John the sales manger calls and again wants to know what he can do to fix the issues and apologized. This is in response to the voicemail left November 13. (They are not savvy enough to go above and beyond and actually do something.) I told him if he really wanted to fix it, get me a tailgate ladder. I then stated I know you aren’t going to do that due to the cost. John then tells me, “let me call a few friends I have in the business and see if there is something that can be done, and I will call you back”. It is now December 3. CRICKETS. So, the last piece of business is to get the registration and my tag transferred. It has been over 5 weeks since I purchased the truck and again crickets. November 30, I send an email to the GM Kenneth Kaplan and asked him to personally investigate and let me know the status as I am frustrated with his dealerships complete lack of customer service and follow up skills. He never even has the courtesy to respond. I receive a new plate and registration in the mail today, but guess what, they failed to transfer the old tag and completely redid what I asked them not to do. I like my truck and this is the third F-150 I have purchased, and will buy another in the future, but you can bet, I will never buy anything from Nalley Ford. In my opinion, their lack of follow up and responses to voicemail and email start with the GM. Because Mr. Kaplan does not hold himself accountable, he can’t hold his employees accountable.
Derrick Butts of Nalley Ford was a top notch salesman! He was conscientious, dependable, knowledgeable and helpful. We found our new Ford expedition online at the best price for miles around and drove up from Florida to execute the sale. It was quick and easy. The car was ready with a full tank of gas when we arrived and because Derrick was so organized and efficient we were ready to head home quickly. Since it was our anniversary, Derrick recommended a great restaurant nearby where we could celebrate. All in all it was a wonderful evening we will always remember. I highly recommend Nalley Automotive and their outstanding salesman Derrick to you. Call them today! You won’t be sorry

I did not have a good experience at this dealership. I knew it was a long shot to be able to trade my car in and get an SUV. But left dealership after waiting 2 hours filling paperwork out because of an appointment, they said they would get back with me either that afternoon or the next day. They never called and when I called up there (4 different times) I was placed on hold, got hung up on and left 2 messages (one on a voice mail other with some kind of manager). The least they could have done was call me and let me know they could not do anything at this time.
Today I was on call with with your Nalley Ford service representative Brian to inquire about a part (V***r Management Valve) for my 2015 Ford Fusion for which I had to wait a month. I waited a month and followed up today just to listen from Brian that I can throw my car in trash if that's an option. So want to ask you, if Ford Motor Company is so deprived that they are building cars to last for 60,000 miles and after that consumer can throw it in trash. And this practice of Ford Motor Company is advocated by Nalley Ford at Sandy Springs??? THAT'S HILARIOUS...!!!!!
Thanks to the team at Nalley Ford--Feroz Iqbal, Dennis Rose, John Fike, Rod Talbert and Avery Pete, for a pleasant buying experience. I love my NEW F-150!!
I have 4 phone calls and an email in the last few days to find out why I haven't received my PA tag and that my GA temp tag is expiring. Nobody seems to want to call back. Never had an issue with getting a call back before they were handed $25k
My grandparents recently brought in my 2010 Mustang Coupe for services pertaining to the check engine light. The vehicle was there for approximately two weeks. During which, it was not communicated the length of time the repairs would take. After having the car for about a week, providing several other “necessary” (and costly) repairs to the vehicle, and my grandfather’s consistent questioning, he was told that we were waiting on a part that was currently unavailable in the United States for at least the next MONTH. When hearing this, my grandfather requested that Ford provide an alternate form of transportation until the part came in because this time frame was not previously stated. Low and behold, after this request, a part was found in Texas and my vehicle “fixed” three days later. Upon the return of the car, I have been out of town unable to fully assess the condition of the vehicle. I have begun my normal driving routine this week and have a few concerns regarding the overall state of the vehicle after its return and its current functionality. · The driver’s side seat and door were covered in black smears and handprints. · The driver’s side floor board has some kind gunk that I have since been unable to remove. · The cruise control light randomly activating and cannot be shut off. · The check engine light randomly activating on and off. · A tire pressure sensor activating on and off. · Car still idling rough. Considering the amount of time and money spent at Sandy Spring Ford, I am less that satisfied with the current state of my vehicle. As much as I would like to bring the car back to be reevaluated, my confidence that your location could fix the issues has been substantially impaired. Not to mention, I am not jumping at the bit to be without transportation for an unknown amount of time once again.
Since March I have been trying to get Nalley Ford to address the problem I've experienced with the nearly $80K truck I purchased new from them. My new F350 King Ranch has a 34 gal fuel tank yet will only hold 26 gallons when it shows to be completely empty. I have taken it there to be repaired twice and waited nearly two hours each time while they "check it out". It's been a month now since my last visit with no sort of contact from the "Service Manager" (Chris Stines) who assured me he was going talk to the Ford Tech Hotline and be in touch soon. I suggested that perhaps if they couldn't fix the problem that maybe it would fall under Georgia's Lemon Law. He told me that I would find no help there either because "he had made no attempt to repair" my vehicle. While Nalley was very helpful during the sale of the vehicle, sometimes calling more than once a day, the service after the sale has been nonexistent. I had planned to have all of the maintenance/service work done on this vehicle there, where I had purchased it, but considering they refuse to follow-up, return calls, or do anything to address the problem with the vehicle I purchased from them, I no longer see how this would be a possibility.
