POV: It’s a same-day-flip and Jen said, “We need to get this camper cleaned!”

Eric said, “Ok!”

Meanwhile, I’m over here trying to figure out if he’s cleaning the camper or auditioning for Dancing with the Stars: RV Edition.

We don’t just deliver campers… we provide FREE entertainment, too!

The things we do to make sure your camping experience is squeaky clean!

JenEric Adventures Camper Rentals & Service — where the campers are clean, the standards are high, and the husband is… well… a work in progress.

Ok class, today's lesson is about this doo-dad here.

It is called a sail switch.

Why is it important?
This contraption is found inside your RV furnace. It is a little gatekeeper that makes sure the furnace has proper airflow before it lights the propane for heat.

Dirt, dust, and pet hair can accumulate around the switch and prevent it from working as it should, leaving you without heat.

If you have used your camper frequently this year, or if you have pets, it is probably a good idea to check its condition before the temps dip and you find yourself in an emergency situation.

That's all for today's class.

Happy Camping!

Did you know it takes about 24 hours for an RV refrigerator to completely cool?

This is why we turn on the refrigerator the day prior to our guests arriving.

Just another way we take care of our guests.

Happy camping!

Well, at least we got one side finished before the rain set in.

Oh, and we worked through the pouring rain to wash the other 3 sides.

We were wet and cold, but at least she’s washed!

Apparently answering the phone these days is a big deal.

“THANK YOU FOR TAKING MY CALL.”
“THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING.”

We hear this ALL. THE. TIME.

And honestly, it makes us stop and think…

When did answering the phone become exceptional customer service?

We KNOW the service industry is slammed right now.

Everybody is booked.
Everybody is short-handed.
Everybody is waiting on parts.
And everybody has about 47 things happening at once.
We get it. We ARE those people.

But here’s something we try to live by:
👉 If you can’t help somebody today, at least let them know.
👉 If you’re booked out, tell them.
👉 If you missed the call, call them back.
👉 If you don’t know the answer, say you’ll find out.

So when someone tells us:
“Thank you for responding.”
We genuinely appreciate it.

But secretly we’re thinking…
“Honey, you’re welcome… but this should NOT be impressive.”

We may be busy.
We may be booked.
We may be running around like chickens with our heads cut off.
But we’re still gonna answer when we can, call you back when we miss you, and communicate with you along the way.

Good service isn’t just fixing the problem.
Sometimes it starts with simply picking up the dang phone.

When you don’t wanna drag out the ladder, you use your husband’s hood.😂

Happy Friday, friends!

HEY Y’ALL… WE HAVE SOME NEW FACES AROUND HERE!

If you’re new around here, let us introduce ourselves!

We’re Jennifer & Eric, a husband-and-wife-owned RV business right here in Northeast Georgia.

We rent campers.
But we don’t just hand you the keys and say, “Good luck!”

We deliver, set up, and take the hassle out of your camping trip. Our campers come stocked with the things you actually need—linens, towels, cookware, dishes, silverware and more—so you can show up, unpack, and start camping.

We offer mobile RV service.
Got an RV problem? We come to YOU.

From repairs and maintenance to troubleshooting those mysterious RV issues that make you want to pull your hair out, our mobile RV service is here to help. We have a certified RV technician on staff and work on campers new AND old.

Yep. We do that too.

We work on newer campers AND those older campers that some shops would rather not touch.

Around here you’ll see:
💚Camper rental destinations
💚RV tips & repairs
💚RV humor
💚Camping ideas
💚Behind-the-scenes chaos
💚Local Northeast Georgia content
💚And a whole lot of small-business life

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY…
We’re a small business. A husband-and-wife team.

We answer our phones, respond to messages, work in the field, clean campers, fix campers, deliver campers, and occasionally wonder why we thought owning an RV business was a good idea.

We genuinely care about the people who trust us with their campers and vacations.

We’re not some giant corporation sitting behind a desk.
It’s just Jennifer & Eric.

So if you're new here—WELCOME!
And if you've been following us for a while, you already know the craziness.

NEW FOLLOWERS — tell us where you're from!
And OG followers… help us welcome them!

Because around here, you're not just another customer.

Another great campground in the area!
