If your car feels sluggish when you hit the gas, hesitates, or doesn’t respond like it used to… don’t ignore it.

9 times outta 10, that’s a throttle body issue.

Your throttle body controls how much air enters the engine. That air mixes with fuel to create combustion. No proper airflow = no proper power. Simple.

Over time, carbon builds up inside the throttle body. That buildup restricts airflow and throws off the air/fuel ratio. That’s when you start noticing:

• Slow acceleration
• Hesitation when pressing the gas
• Rough idle
• Stalling at stops
• Check engine light
• Poor gas mileage

And if it’s electronic (drive-by-wire), a failing throttle body or sensor can cause delayed or inconsistent response from the pedal.

A lot of people think it’s transmission problems or something major… whole time it’s just airflow being restricted.

Sometimes it just needs a proper cleaning.
Other times, it needs to be replaced and recalibrated.

Either way—catch it early before it turns into a bigger problem.

A lot of people ignore small oil leaks… until it turns into a bigger problem.

One of the most common issues we see is failing valve cover gaskets.

When those gaskets start to go bad, oil can leak down into the spark plug wells and around the ignition system. That leads to:

• Engine misfires
• Rough idle
• Loss of power
• Check engine light
• Oil burning smell

Left alone too long, it can damage ignition components and cost you more than it should.
