Triumph Bonneville America in for service. Checked valve clearances, checked cam tensioner, repinned the crank pickup connector and installed new chain. Additionally put in some progressive front springs, fabricated the spacer and set fork oil level as per manufacturer.

Side note, I know progressive sells the same spring for many different models, but I’d like to see spring spacers come with these kits.

Electrical work today. Have a VTX1800 on its third starter. Could be solenoid or one way clutch. Time to do some digging...

Really triumph? You’re going to stick the filter in a spot where the only option is buying the Triumph filter wrench, which then slips off anyway since the o-ring has swollen, so it has to be spun with a cold chisel indent and a punch.

Converting a Moto Guzzi to work with LEDs has been a challenge. Modified an LED flasher to swap source and drain sides in the module, and wired up an LED and a 330ohm resistor to replace the 1.1 watt neon indicator.

Got some Italian flavor in the shop this weekend. Moto-Guzzi V11 and a Ducati ST4 in for service.
