“She is Hot!!”
After inspecting this Volvo Penta we had a pretty good idea why the buzzer was sounding. Thankfully the owner cut the engine off immediately and had the boat towed back to his dock. We replaced the impeller but no luck, still overheating issue. We did end up replacing the entire housing and that did the trick.

Yes, yes he did. This engine is not equipped with an adjustable stop on the trim. When adjusted fully up, the steering cylinder was under so much pressure that the mounting plate bent and the internal piston cracked. This crack allowed fluid to bypass it and was the cause of his steering issue.
Everything is fixed, and he is back on the water.

Out with the old, in with the new. Replacing a set of bunks and hardware.

Finishing up a bellows job on an Alpha One Gen 2 out drive. Unit had a rip in the drive bellows.
Water took out the gimbal bearing as well. Nothing left but a water test to check for leaks. Nice two day turnaround.

Finishing up dockside engine services on a jet ski, pontoon, and a nice ski boat. The water pumps in both boats were definitely past due for replacement. The Pontoon Boat impeller had a date code of 2012, yikes!
 Was a nice day to be working on the lake.

Just finished up a water pump install and wheel bearing replacement on this nice Tige. She’s a Beast.
