Travel Tip for the Weekend: You never know when you're going to break down or run into trouble, so make sure you have a charging cord in your vehicle and that your cell phone has a good charge before heading out! A frequent issue we have is not being able to contact a customer to verify information after they have put in a request with their insurance company. We have to make sure they have it right and need to talk to you! A dead phone could cause a cancelation in your service.
