Giving back never goes out of style. 💛

Our team spent the day at our Pack Logix site putting together donation packs for Ronald McDonald House—filled with Crayola products and cuddly stuffed animals to bring a little comfort and joy to families who need it most.

Moments like these remind us what matters. Behind every pack was a team member who gave their time, energy, and heart to make a difference for kids and families walking a tough road.

Did you know grease color is a clue, not a universal identifier? While one supplier's red grease might be engineered for high temperatures, another brand's red grease could serve a completely different purpose. The dye simply helps you distinguish products within a specific manufacturer's lineup, rather than defining its overall performance.

So don't judge grease by its color. Judge it by its specs.

With nearly 8 years at U.S. Venture—including almost 5 years on the Customer Experience Team within our Lubricants division—Kelly plays a key role in driving customer loyalty and satisfaction. She specializes in resolving complex escalations, optimizing the user journey, and serving as the internal voice of the customer by collaborating with product and support teams to continuously enhance the overall experience.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her kids and grandchildren, and she and her husband Brian love taking trips to Las Vegas a few times a year 🎲
