The shop is still selling out it's inventory, and materials. The whole shop can be purchase with all inventory. Make reasonable offer. If buying not in bulk pricing will be msrp. Buy bulk or buy it all save a bunch.

The shop alone is an insulated 30x30x12 wooden structure with electrical 2 garage doors, man door. All the plywood was screwed in so removal of the plywood is easy. The only way the wooden structure goes is if the great of the materials are sold.

We are trying to move shelves to the shop side so we can have "garage sales".

We will be selling inventory and items continually until all sold out. Mostly on weekends. By appointment only (call the above number 10 to 5 Sat. And Sunday, most weekends) will hold another rummage sale at an undetermined later date, if needed.

Good afternoon, we are selling out of everything I have in the shop. It is a stop by and see what you may want. From tools, building materials, used home windows, plumbing, shop tools, screws and bolts, bins, shelving, electrical wire, bci 20 foot boards, insulation blow in, Halloween decorations, truck and van, four wheel not drive able needs transmission but great rims and tires, ladders, toyo and monitor heater parts, on and on. Open 10 to 5 and probably this weekend. New things come out daily

Even 60 percent of new in stock inventory parts excluding tires/oil

To my valued customers. My youngest daughter Jade has joined cub scouts and as most know they need to raise funds for their awards and outtings (camping, teavel to museums, nasa, military bases, and so on). She is falling behind the group as i go to school and work. I dont get to bring her to door to door or stores to help her sales. Im calling on you to maybe help her.
The pricing is a bit high due to 73 percent goes directly to the scouts funds. It shows what total goes to scouting and the redt goes towards purchase or one can simply donate.

I haven't posted much in awhile. Been starting a new path down states (just opened a new business here).

We still have a few people that have a significant amount owed from a rental of the black suv, some from payment plans, and 1 really old invoice for work on a well. Please make a dece t human attempt to do whats right and pay these bills... thank you.

On a different note. We are nearing the end of year. We are not taking in any more work. We have plenty of repairs to do as it is and im not there to help diagnose troubled repairs. Walter has been trying his best in keeping up with the over load of work. So again at this time we are not taking in any new work.

We will shut the door of repairs at the end of year!!! The business is for sale, message me for information. No large items (car lift, tire machine, air compressor, ext..) are for sale individually. We would still like to sell those with the business. If the business does not sell by spring ill be shipping majority of the items down south, the price to sell them and ship them are the same so i might as well keep them if the offer is low. So please no low offers.

There are some vehicle i posted for sale already all others are not for sale. As my car rental business will continue until someone buys the business.

We will continue selling auto parts after new years and any and all inventory. How ever parts will need to be paid in full and cores present peior to ordering. Unfortunately for warranty parts we will not be qble to handle thise claims as a licensed ASE shop would have needed to do the repairs. So any warranty requests eill need to be done between you and manufacturer. We do provide receipt of parts purchased if requested at time of order a detailed (part number ect...) or just a payment receipt.

We would like to thank those all that have used our service and continue to. We have tried our best in giving back to the community to show our gratitude via, firework shows, give aways, clean up green up vehicle removals, many donations to the schools, jersey donations to the boys basketball team, elder driveway plowing give aways, low cost home repairs, sled dog team donations when asked, support of small businesses,, many many thanks.

For current vehicles at the shop, walter and Lillian is working on trying to get you back on the road as soon as possible. It being qlmost November you can call the shop to see if they have even started any repairs to your vehicle and make the decision to remove it or hope they get to it before end of year. We will be working on the customers that where there first to get them out. If for some reason we have a car we are in the middle of working on at end of year we will finish it. But there was a car still behind that one unfortunately we will have to refuse that work.

If you know someone that would like to purchase a business that does generate income if done right let them know im a motivated seller. Thanks again dave.

Good afternoon, this is a reminder to businesses and organizations or interested individuals to have your sealed bid in before this weekend for the backhoe and all the additional items that go with it.

The minimum bid is 41150.00 or a buy it now price 55,555.00. The highest bid will (excluding buy it now price- avoid losing out on this machine) be notified Monday May 3rd 2021. Once notified of the highest bid we will draft up a contract and get payment to secure... if highest bidder does not have fund it will go to next highest bidder.

Winner will be able to pick up by Aug 1st.
Please have written bid emailed or dropped of to shop by Friday 5pm.

We are looking to sell our business in Aniak, AK ... As many know we not only did auto repair we also have a construction company and car rental.

The hanger we have built our shop inside (wooden structure) is owned by an elder.. so if we have a potential sale they will need to work out a lease agreement with land owner. Or they can remove the wooden structure and all the inventory to build on their own property.

The sale will be upon what the new owner wants. We can sell the shop with the car lift, tire machine, air compressor, all cars for rental, snow plow truck, and majority of the tools.

This is a turn key business with customers. We also have contracts with the plow truck and our business and some state work.

Helping one of my customers sell her 4x4 yamaha 700 grizzly. She just had the water pump and coolant replaced. Also this atv just had a total overhaul of the engine from crankshaft, piston, starter, battery. This teacher is asking 3500.00
Atv has real knobby tires and is automatic so great for a person that isn't capable of shifting. Pm for info.

Yes we have heard it all too. Unfortunately 99 percent of them doesn't even have anything to do with the other.
Sometimes things happen it's called life... vehicles don't get younger and most time alot of parts start breaking down.. when you have rough roads, harsh weather, cold starts, not letting your engine get past a certain rpm to blow of carbon build up, moisture build up from short rides. Things happen. If we mechanics can put our hand on a vehicle and say this vehicle is healed or it will blow a seal then we wouldn't be breaking our knuckles day in and day out. We do our best when working on vehicles that can't talk to us and tell us where the issues are. We have to alot of time try to re make the issue appear so we can hear /see/smell the issue alpt of time it's a hit and miss.. or the sound echos faintly and it's hard to pin point it. This is why it's very important for the owners to make mental or physical notes of any issues. Owners know their car sounds better than the mechanics.
Most mechanics don't even charge exactly how much time they have in trying to find a noise... on the flip side there are shops that will start the clock as soon as it goes into the bay.

For instance I have a personal rig in OK and they wanted to charge me most 3k to do a simple job..
I just don't have the shop there also they wanted to charge me double the price for walkin parts store

As stimulus checks are arriving we hope those that have HIGHLY late invoice come and take care of your debt.
As of now we have 3 major people locally that have not made an effort in making any reasonable effort in paying their debt even with offers of a discounted bill (waiver of some fees).

Our top number 1 late person rented a vehicle for long time and was paying her bill accordingly. She then starting to have excuses why she can't pay and decided to return the black suv empty of fuel. This was back in November to December 2020. Instead of paying her invoice she decided to come up with some bs story and has avoided paying this bill. At the time her bill was around 700.. before with fees (before we file a small claims and attorney fees).

Hence dont trust anyone.. you help them out they come up with lies and lies and lies some way the heck out there.

Our 2nd runner up... updated 3/17/21... this customer has paid her bill in full we gave her a good break on fees for taking care of this bill. Thank you!!

3rd runner up... UPdated 3/16/21 thus customer has called in and made great progress in paying off this debt..

These are our large non payer people we withheld the names for hopes we don't have to go to small claims with a hired lawyer and garnish their employment, pfd, or seize bank accounts to pay for these.

We try to help people, we give alot of leeway and understand times are tough. But when I get the run around over and over it gets a bit to much...

We would like to solve these 3 large invoices totalling more then 3.5k so you know who you are we would appreciate your prompt payment so we don't have to let others who also we really don't want to go through the courts and lawyer costing you even more or a seized car/land/recreational vehicle/pfd/employment wages. The biggest part is small claims goes on your record and potential lenders will see this negative record...

Just do the right thing pay your bill before we file here in few weeks and everyone will see how you are. Thank you.
