This is an “Ugly Barrel” smoker. I was contacted by a customer that had a bunch of parts and an idea, but no way to put it all together. That’s where IronMan stepped in. We got it all fabbed up and then he took it to have it powder coated. We both agree that it turned out pretty awesome!!

Good day everyone! I realize it has been waaaaay too long since I’ve posted anything to the page. Stay tuned for a photo dump! Been busy around here lately!

This is a pair of cast iron grates for an antique stove that were broken directly in the middle when I received them. I got them welded up, repainted with high temperature paint, and returned to a happy customer!

What a beautiful day it is today! I told you I would upload some pics of the lighting change from halogen and incandescent to LED on our 2006 F250, so here they are!

Dual beam LEDs in headlights, H11 fogs, and Amber/white switchbacks for the turn signals.

I would also like to clear up a common misconception, as I have seen several memes out in Facebook land about LED and HID lights blinding oncoming drivers on the road. While this can happen, it is NOT because of the bulb type. It is because when a headlight bulb is changed to something other than what the housing was originally equipped with or designed for, they MUST be re-aimed and the correct beam pattern verified. If this is not done, they can absolutely blind oncoming drivers and cause a major safety hazard for everyone around.

A general rule of thumb to go by is that HIDs only belong in a projector housing and LEDs can go in either a projector or a reflector housing. Both, however, will need to be checked for proper aim before taking your new headlights on the road.

Hello everyone! Hope you had a great Christmas and New Years! As some of you may know already, aside from metal fabrication, I also install aftermarket vehicle parts and accessories. Here are a few pictures of our 2017 Yukon that I did a complete changeover of all exterior lighting from incandescent and Halogen, to LED and HID. Sure there are other companies out there that do what I do, but here’s the IronMan difference. When you have a custom piece made by IronMan, you get an actual work of art, drawn and created by human hands, not a piece that was designed on a computer and cut out by a robot!
