A customer reached out to see if I could install some downpipes on his AMG Mercedes, and I told him I’d be happy to help. He’d actually taken the car to another shop first, but they got started and then backed out, telling him they couldn't finish the job. It turned out they’d snapped some bolts off in his manifolds! Even though it ended up being a real headache, I stuck to the original quote I gave him and managed to get it back to him by the next day. 🫡
