Bodymotion Racing announces its #12 Porsche Cayman GT4 GS program driver line up. Cameron Cassels will be joined for the 2016 Season by 2014 GS Class Champion Trent Hindman.
Hindman a resident of Ocean, New Jersey has worked with the Bodymotion team in the past at Porsche Club events but never at the IMSA level. Trent is looking forward to working with Cameron Cassels, a relative newcomer to the series. The former champion brings his energy and experience to the team. “It’s been a character building offseason for me to say the least, so I’m just extremely grateful that Cameron, Mike, and the whole Bodymotion crew are accepting me into their family.” exclaimed Hindman at a recent enthusiast gathering. He added “I know these guys have been working unbelievably hard to create a team that can compete for wins in both GS and ST, and I’m thankful that I will be a part of that development process. The Porsche Cayman GT4 is a beautiful car and certainly looks like a winner, so I am definitely looking forward to getting on track!”
At the same Porsche gathering team principle Michael Bavaro commented “I always enjoy watching Trent on track. He is aggressive yet calculating. He understands how important it is to finish races. His off- track presence is a definite plus for the team and the sponsors. We are excited to add him to our team.”
Bodymotion Racing plans to run all scheduled races from the upcoming Sebring event thru the season finale at Road Atlanta. Despite missing the season opener at Daytona, driver Cameron Cassels is determined to run strong for championship points throughout the coming 2016 season. The entire staff at Bodymotion is dedicated to develop the new GT 4 into a world class championship winner.
