FMCSA says its updated DataQs process is designed to make safety record disputes faster and more transparent, with deadlines, documented denials, and a formal 3-step review path.

But here’s the part nobody should ignore: you still have to prove it. Photos, repair records, court documents, inspection reports, timestamps, dashcam clips, paperwork wins fights that opinions don’t.

If something on your record is wrong, don’t just complain at the fuel island. Document it. Challenge it. Protect your name.
