This repair started a transportation damage repair as the shipping company failed to properly tie down the vehicle / vessel during transportation. In fact, the right front of the car was seen completely thru the enclosed trailer.

We discovered some corrosion beginning on both doors and rear portions of the quarter panels requiring extensive metal fabrication and replacement. A fun job and complete exterior refinish utilizing a top quality polyurethane single stage paint.

I remember as a kid watching Mary Lou Whitney float her Amphicar on Saratoga Lake almost every Friday evening just before sunset. Sometimes a VW Bug would be right behind her.

Greetings all,

Here is a quick update and reminder that this Saturday, March 23rd Ensign Autobody & Restoration Services will be hosting a gathering for the Adirondack Triumph Association. We have received many Rsvp’s and expect over 50 people in attendance! We graciously welcome all members or prospective members to attend also.

As we have partnered with Rolling Smoke in Clifton Park, food will be served begin at 12:00pm. The menu is as follows:

Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Pulled Chicken

Hard rolls and Corn bread

Smoked Mac N Cheese, Potato salad, Spring salad, and Fruit tray

Refreshments will also be served throughout the day

If you have visited Ensign Autobody Restoration Services and or even if you have, there is something here that will spark your interest. We are like a working Museum and indoor car show! We have shared a few photos of motorcars that have visited us for your enjoyment.

We genuinely appreciate your interest and participation in club events and further thank you for your support of the Adirondack Triumph Association.
