One of our NA LS race heads we are testing soon.

We kept the runners cross section tight and overall CC's down. We want that airspeed. For example the intake is 269cc and flowing 403cfm at .775 lift.

Nice small combustion chamber. We have alot of room to cut the deck. This one is ready to digitize and run in the CNC.

We keep developing and making improvements everywhere we can!

Pro Car is testing our MVT390 head package...

This is simply the LS3 823 GM casting, CNC ported and assembled for racing to handle up to 840 lift.

Results will be shared once testing is done!

We already know our MVT370 head package, blown, makes 1200hp. Again that is simply the GM823 casting CNC ported with assembly for max lift of 650.

We have Brodix providing castings to us for our LS 2000hp+ blown application.. in the works now!

Looking for the best performance from your LT1 cylinder head?

Here are the results of testing our package at Pro Car!

Our MVTLT1 head package supports up to 950hp at the wheels. Thats around 1100 flywheel hp!

This thing is a beast. All our hard work paid off!

2 fuel systems for supporting both direct and port injection, both OEM and Holley EFI systems, CO2 boost control, launch control and traction control!

We ran the hell out of it testing everything on dyno getting it dialed in! It took it all!

21lbs of boost on a stock block..not bad...

Final number is 951hp and 890lbft of torque at the wheels. Thats around 1100 hp at the flywheel. Not bad for this 416 cuin LT1 street car.

Now to dial in the launch and bump and the rest will be tuned at the track!

Comp Cams rocker arm trunion upgrade

FAST LSXR intake.

102mm throttle body.

F1X Procharger

Id2000 fuel injectors

E85 fuel.......

17lbs of boost is all it took to hit 1003hp and 864lbft of torque by 6100 RPM with this build...and one more thing.

Thats not all it made!

We still had another 900 RPM to go!

Peak hp was achieved at 7000 RPM and 22lbs of boost!

Time to install and chassis dyno.

MVT 390 LS3 set getting assembled soon for a drag race LS3 377cuin build..

These GM 823 castings flow 407 CFM at 800 lift with the stock valves. With the Ferrea 6000 series valve we see 7 cfm increase.

This particular set of heads will use the Ferrea F2042P Exhaust valve and the F2014P intake valve with the PAC 1335-16 springs..
