I had the worst experience with these people. At first we were thrilled because Jason drove out to our house to show us a vehicle. However, it was dark out, and he neglected to point out several of things wrong with it to us, that we noticed in the light The next day after we already gave him a check for the total amount. (Big dent in the back, rust inside, chips in the windshield etc) In addition, he put the car in my boyfriends name on the title, instead of mine even though I paid for it. And unbelievably, he did not put my address on it, but a 6 yr ago OLD address, which is HIS X-WIFE’s address and went to HER house! you could just imagine how THAT turned out for us! He came out to our houses! Couldn’t he see that was wrong? Or bother double checking such an important fact? This was after Amid promised to drive out to and hand deliver it to us, because weeks later, we realized we never received the title! It was totally screwed up! In addition, they had promised to get a mobile key maker to get us an extra key. That never happened! They broke their promise to us. Jason gave me the name and number to call the guy... the guy never returned our calls. Also, they would not return our calls or texts. In order to get them to answer the phone, we had to block our number When we called. They basically took the money and ran, and had AWFUL integrity and customer service. Totally regretful doing business with these people. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience!!!!
