2024 Annual Brake-A-Thon!!!! $40 per set (pad swap, front set or rear set)!!!!! You bring the pads. I’ll get you in and out. Now….that means if you’ve been properly maintaining your car. If the tire is stuck on, the caliper won’t press back, the rotor is scored to hell or the caliper pins are frozen……$40 is out the door!!! All regular service fees apply. All work is quoted and discussed before being done. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions. A smart customer is much easier to work with than a guessing one.

Y’all gotta stop listening to these mechanics that bad mouth other mechanics. That s**t is wack! If it’s done improperly, ask them to give you pictures and explain why/how. I pull up!!!! I wish one of these uncertified mu*******az would say my name n question my work. I got master techs on speed dial, the most updated Snap On software in my Solus Edge and a recording of every repair start and finish. And I’m gonna make their place of business famous for being haters. It’s enough money out here for all of us with skill to feast. I know mechanics at damn near every major shop in the city. Never had this issue. But I definitely have customers who come to me with it. Say the work ain’t right n leave it at that

2022 wasn’t a bad year for me. S**t if anything, it was a pivotal year for self reflection. I got into therapy and counseling. Learned a little bit more about self employment. Got recognized for my years of service. Fat ass raise. Ijs…..time is what you make of it. 2023…..I’m breaking more doors down.

Cold weather will press your plastic and copper parts to the max!!! The sudden heat from current draw and the heating and cooling of ABS plastics often reveal themselves in colder weather. Get you 40 point pre winter inspection from a qualified professional.

A few things to check:
Load test on battery at start and auxiliary use
Tire tread and wear
Antifreeze protection point
Wipers
Fluid levels
Power conditions under idle and use
Inspect hoses
Inspect gaskets
Cabin heat temperature
Blender functionality

When was the last time you had a tune-up?

Full tune up-
Oil change, air filter, fuel filter (if applicable), fuel system cleaner and treatment, spark plugs, valve cover inspection, coils/wires/boots, EGR/PCV valves, throttle body inspection/clean.

Partial tune up-
Plugs, wires, air filter

What’s the difference? Why do I need all that other stuff? In comparison, it’s like a full annual check up where you get your cholesterol checked, blood pressure, glucose and checked for STIs even if you’re abstinent. All that’s done to see if the body is sending signs that aren’t so obvious (check engine light). To warn you about a problem you’re about to have. So maybe all is well and you catch a plug running a little hot or a leaky EGR valve/valve cover leaking into plugs. Eventually your check engine light will come on and hopefully not when you need your car the most (because that never happens right?) It’s preventative maintenance to help decrease the chances of a break down.
On the other hand….the partial tune up is a curative maintenance that usually results from a break down or poorly performing vehicle. A more “don’t fix what ain’t ain’t broke” approach to maintenance keeps you in contact with tow companies or myself.
