My web provider that I've been using for the past 12 years was sold to another web provider a few months ago. Since then we've been having issues with our email. I had no idea that some of my email replies were not reaching the recipient. It's so frustrating because client messages are important to me and I pride myself in my quick replies. Situations like this can be devastating to a small business like myself. If you have emailed any of my business accounts and have not received a reply chances are my email reply just didn't get to you. I am deeply sorry. Your messages are very important to me so I felt that switching to a gmail account would guarantee that email communication would run smoothly.
