OnSite Transportation Services is looking for an aggressive and innovative Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new opportunities for our Transportation and Mechanical Services division. To be successful, you should have previous sales background in the Transportation industry.
The primary function of this position is closing deals and account management. Reports to directly to the VP of Operations – Field Services and indirectly to the Executive Leadership Team. Competencies necessary to be successful in this position: Influence and Persuasion, Negotiating, Relationship Building, Information Seeking, Time Management, Composure and Resiliency and Initiating Action. The focus will be in the DFW and West Texas Market but could expand on client/market needs and influence. Must be able to travel 75% of the time.
