We came in to find a car for our Niece who we have been co raising with her Parents. She was very close to her Grandmother. Her Grandmother passed away suddenly from Pancreatic Cancer we promised her that we would take care of her every need. So when I called and talked to Donna. She was more than willing to help. She did not know how special Sierra was to us. She got us in contact with Holly who was working with Natalie and Adam who worked with us on a Jeep. Then we kept the Jeep for a couple days. Well the parents were not on board with that.. I talked to Holly told her we wanted tomething sporty for a 16 yr old that basically only asked for a axe cord and touch screen! That’s it! Lol well she had several cars for us to look at. And turns out between Adam, Holly and Donna
Sierra got way more than axe plug in and touch screen. She got all the bells and whistles & a sun roof, oh not to mention the heated seats to keep her lil Butt warm in this Texas Freazing winters! Well she was beyond happy! She wrapped her arms around me and cried on my shoulder and said Thankyou Aunt Penny and did the same with her Aunt Natalie..
This was all because of the great team that you have there at Arrow Ford. I am telling you what going out of their way to make every turn out the way it did was something else. Donna went out and made sure that we had a huge Res bow to put on the Rave 4, and Adam and Holly made sure to drive the car and hide it at Donna’s house in her garage across the street from my home. We went out and bought all the goodies for her to keep her car clean and we found a air freshener that was even the name of what her Grandmother use to call her her lil “Cupcake” so it was perfect if I could give them a 1,000,000 Stars I would instead of just a 5 Star Thanks Again
