有熱情，你就是 Performance Culture 的一部分。
這幾天，有一件很小的事情，卻讓我感動了很久。
週末，我到 TDGP 現場，替九歲的天才車手 Gabby 加油。
那一天，我親手把Bullywell 的貼紙交到他手上。
Boss R 還笑著跟我說：
「這張貼紙，我的 Ferrari、超跑，還有甩尾車，我都要貼。」
我當下只是覺得很開心。
沒想到，真正的故事，才正要開始。
當天晚上一位來自菲律賓的粉絲 Migboy 私訊我。
他不是來談合作。
不是來談贊助。
更不是來要產品。
他只是很客氣地問我：
「Jimmy，我可以跟你要一張 Bullywell 的貼紙嗎？」
我心裡想，一張貼紙而已，當然沒問題。
可是當我繼續往下看，我突然安靜了。
他說，那不是他自己要的。
是他看到Boss R的分享，也想送給一位朋友。
他的朋友，正在打造一輛 1979 年的Mitsubishi Galant Sigma。

他希望，在比賽那一天，可以把 Bullywell 的貼紙貼在車上。
他沒有要求贊助
沒有要求經費
沒有要求任何資源。
他只是想替朋友完成一個小小的夢想。
看到這裡，我真的很感動⋯
因為我突然發現，
原來，一張貼紙，也可以承載一個人的夢想。
我立刻聯絡 Boss R。
而 Boss R 幾乎沒有任何猶豫，就回答我：
「沒問題，我送他。」🙏🥹❤️
那一瞬間，我突然明白了一件事。
一位爸爸，帶著自己的孩子來台灣追夢。
一位朋友，為另一位朋友鼓起勇氣開口。
另一位朋友，又毫不猶豫地伸出手。
沒有誰欠誰。
沒有利益交換。
只是因為，每一個人都希望，
另一個人的夢想，可以再往前走一點點。
看到這裡，我忽然鼻子酸了一下。
原來，我一直想建立的 Performance Culture，不就是這個樣子嗎？
不是一瓶機油。
不是一張貼紙。
甚至，不只是 Bullywell。
而是因為這個品牌，讓一些原本互不認識的人，
開始願意相信彼此、幫助彼此。
夢想，也因此開始流動。
Migboy 最後跟我說了一句話，我一直記到現在：
“We hope we can add value to you and Bullywell.”
他不是只說謝謝。
他說的是：
「希望有一天，我們也能為你、為 Bullywell 創造價值。」
看到這句話，我真的覺得很幸福。
因為我知道，
我們做的事情，已經不只是產品。
而是在建立一個，
會互相成就彼此夢想的文化。
所以今天，我想說聲謝謝⋯
謝謝 Boss R。
謝謝 Gabby。
謝謝 Migboy。
也謝謝每一位，
願意替別人完成夢想的人。
因為是你們，
讓我重新想起，
當初為什麼會踏進這個產業。
也讓我更加相信：
只要有熱情，你就是 Performance Culture 的一部分。
最後，我想留下一句話。
有一天，貼在那台老 Galant Sigma 上的，不會只是一張 Bullywell 的貼紙。
它會提醒我們，夢想，真的可以一個人傳給另一個人。
而我相信，
這就是亞洲性能文化最美的樣子。

If you have passion, you’re already part of Performance Culture.
A few days ago, something very small happened—but it stayed with me ever since.
Last weekend, I was at TDGP cheering for 9-year-old racing talent, Gabby.
That day, I personally handed him a Bullywell sticker.
Boss R smiled and said,
“This sticker is going on my Ferraris, my drift cars, and my supercars.”
I was happy.
But I had no idea the real story was only beginning.
A few days later, I received a message from a supporter in the Philippines named Migboy.
He wasn’t asking for sponsorship.
He wasn’t asking for products.
He wasn’t looking for a business opportunity.
He simply asked,
“Jimmy, may I have one Bullywell sticker?”
At first, I thought,
“It’s just a sticker.”
Then I kept reading.
It wasn’t for him.
It was for his friend.
His friend is building a 1979 Mitsubishi Galant Sigma to race on the drag strip.
He dreamed of putting a Bullywell sticker on the car before race day.
He wasn’t asking for money.
He wasn’t asking for support.
He simply wanted to help his friend fulfill a dream.
That’s when I realized…
A sticker can carry someone’s dream.
I immediately contacted Boss R.
Without hesitation, he replied,
“No problem.”
At that moment, everything became clear.
A father brings his son to Taiwan to chase a dream.
A friend reaches out for another friend’s dream.
Another friend immediately says yes.
No contracts.
No conditions.
No expectations.
Just people helping people.
Just dreams moving from one heart to another.
Then Migboy wrote something I’ll never forget:
“We hope we can add value to you and Bullywell.”
He wasn’t saying thank you.
He was saying,
“One day, we hope we can give something back.”
That sentence meant more to me than he will probably ever know.
Because that’s when I realized…
We’re no longer building products.
We’re building a culture where people inspire each other to keep dreaming.
So today, I simply want to say thank you.
Thank you, Boss R.
Thank you, Gabby.
Thank you, Migboy.
And thank you to everyone who helps someone else take one more step toward their dream.
Because you reminded me why I started this journey.
One day, the Bullywell sticker on that old Galant Sigma won’t just be a sticker.
It will remind us that dreams can truly be passed from one person to another.
And to me…
That is what Performance Culture is all about.
