A fuel record means nothing until you know whose trucks, which baseline, and how long.
Before you call a distributor, here is how to read one — and how to pick the right model.
📊 INDIA 2025–26 · PS BLUE METALS & MUMBAI CARRIERS, TAMIL NADU
Four heavy trucks on the Greentech D51. Baseline mileage came from each fleet's own fuel-filling and odometer registers before installation — no route, load or driver changes during the trial.
TN11 BU 8080 — 2.73 → 2.94 km/L, 9 months, 63,086 km
TN22 EE 8080 — 2.93 → 3.15 km/L, 81 days, 24,713 km
TN39 CU 5748 — 3.69 → 3.94 km/L, 65 days, 25,097 km
TN39 DA 2869 — 3.45 → 3.70 km/L, 13 months, 106,897 km
Average across all four: +7.2% km/L. Recorded by Alga Engineering Solutions, the authorised distributor.
✅ Three things worth checking in any fuel record:
1. What was the baseline? (The fleet's own prior fuel logs — not a chosen good month.)
2. How long did they track? (TN39 DA 2869 held 3.70 km/L across 13 months and 106,897 km.)
3. Who compiled the data? (Alga, not the truck owner alone.)
✅ How to pick the model:
D51 — diesel tanks up to 500 L, includes an Air Refiner. One set per tank. For heavy trucks, coaches and large machinery. These four trucks ran on it.
