เรียน ฟร์อด แห่งประเทศไทย

ผู้ใช้ Ford Everest 2.0 Trend ปลายปี 2018 ได้ซื้อรถคันนี้ที่ ศูนย์ Ford พระราม 4 !
ใช้รถคันนี้มาได้ 96,000 กิโลเมตร ,,, กว่าจะวิ่งมาได้ถึงระยะ 96,000 กิโลเมตร นี้ ,,
ผมมีปัญหาเริ่มที่ 30,000 กิโลเมตร ขึ้นไป รถคันนี้ผมได้เข้าเช็คตามระยะที่กำหนด อย่างเคร่งครัดมาตลอด ,,, เริ่มมีปัญหามา
1. ปัญหาหลอดไฟหรี่ ไฟตัดหมอก ไฟหน้า ไฟเบรค ขาดบ่อยมาก
2. รถจอดอยู่ดีๆก็ Start ไม่ติดช่วงเวลา 21.30 น. ขึ้นไป ต้องให้รถยกมารับไปที่ศูนย์ Ford พระราม 4 ทิ้งไว้ ,, จากนั้นรุ่งขึ้น เวลาประมาณ 10.00 น. ขึ้นไป ผมไปที่ศูนย์แห่งนี้ ลอง Start ดูก็ติด ผมก็แปลกใจ ได้นำรถออกมา
3. ผมได้เดินทางไป จังหวัดราชบุรี ยางด้านหลังฝั่งคนขับนั้นมีขวันได้ไหม้ขึ้น ผมรีบชิดขอบด้านขวาอย่างโดยเร็วแต่รถก็ไม่เสียหลัก ยางไหม้แบน
4. ผมได้รับลูกค้าผมไปที่ ICON SIAM มีปัญหาหน้าปัดโชว์เรื่องความร้อนขึ้น รีบโทรถามศูนย์ๆแนะนำให้จอดรถอย่าขับต่อ เดี๋ยวจะมีปัญหามากขึ้น จากนั้นรถยกมาได้นำรถไปที่ศูนย์ Ford พระราม 4
5. หลังจากนั้น : เวลาเช้าผม Start รถเพื่อ warm เครื่องไว้ ก็มีควันขึ้นมา ผมได้ถ่ายวีดีโอไว้ เพื่อให้ช่างดู หลังจากนั้นเครื่องยนต์ก็หยุดทำงาน ต้องเรียกรถมายกไปที่ศูนย์ Ford พระราม 4 อีก ศูนย์ให้ผมทิ้งรถไว้เพื่อตรวจสอบหาสาเหตุ ได้ฟังจากช่าง หน้าเครื่องยนต์ ต้องเปลี่ยนฝาหน้าเครื่องมาทั้งชุด ผมก็นำ้ตาไหลออกมาต่อหน้าผู้จัดการด้วยความรู้สึก ทำไมถึงเกิดเรื่องไม่ดีกับผมเลย ทั้งๆที่มันเป็นรถใหม่ที่ยังใช้ได้ไม่ถึง 2 ปีเลย มีปัญหาแบบนี้ แล้วผมจะใช้รถคันนี้ไปได้ตลอดการทำงานผมหรือไม่ ถ้าเป็นเช่นนี้ ผมต้องเสียเวลากับการทำงานผม ยังต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายอีกต่อไปข้างอีก แล้วผมจะไปรอดหรือครับ รถที่ผมตัดสินใจซื้อแล้วว่าดีและรูปลักษณ์ที่ดูดีเหมาะกับผมทีเดียว ผมใช้รถคันนี้ทำงานหาเงิน รับนักท่องเที่ยว แต่แล้วเงินที่ผมหามาได้จะต้องหมดไปกับมันหรือ !?
6. เมื่อทำการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนอะไหล่ให้ ก็นำไปใช้ได้ระยะหนึ่ง หน้าปัดก็มีโชว์ข้อความว่า นำ้มันเครื่องอยู่ในระดับตำ่ ได้นำรถไปที่ศูนย์ Ford พระราม 4 ช่างเติมน้ำมันเครื่องให้ เมื่อครบระยะที่ต้องถ่ายนำ้มันเครื่อง เสร็จแล้วได้นำรถมาใช้วิ่งได้ 5,000 กิโลเมตร ขึ้นไป หน้าปัดก็ได้โชว์ขึ้นว่า ระดับนำ้มันเครื่องตำ่ ไปที่ศูนย์ Ford พระราม 4 ผมให้ดูระดับนำ้มันเครื่องว่าอยู่จุดต่ำระดับไหน ผมเห็นแล้ว นำ้มันเครื่องขาดตั้งแต่ 2 ลิตร ขึ้นไป ผมมีความรู้สึกผมจะไปรอดหรือนี่ ยังไม่ถึง 100,000 กิโลเมตร เลย อีกอย่างหนึ่ง ผมยังต้องต่อสู้ดำเนินหาเลี้ยงชีพและครอบครัวด้วยรถ Ford Everest คันนี้ ผมคงไม่รอดเป็นแน่แท้ ยิ่งถ้าหมดประกัน ผมจะไหวหรือครับ มีปัญหาให้กับผมมาตลอด
7. ล่าสุด : ผมลองเปลี่ยนไปที่ ศูนย์ Ford สีลม ให้ช่างเช็คดูว่ามีปัญหาอย่างไรบ้าง ช่างบอกว่ามันเป็นละอองของนำ้มันเครื่อง จากนั้นทางศูนย์ได้ทำการเติมน้ำมันเครื่องให้อยู่ในระดับปกติ แนะนำให้ผมลองไปวิ่งต่อ จนครบกำหนด 100,000 กิโลเมตร ดูว่าจะขาดมากน้อยยังไงแล้วจะแจ้งให้ สำนักงานใหญ่ Ford ทราบอีกครั้งหนึ่ง ,,
8. หน้าจอเวลาสัมผัสก็ไม่ทำงานอีก เป็นอยู่หลายครั้ง และ มากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ
9. อนาคตต่อไป : ผมจะเป็นไปอย่างไร ผมหวังว่า ฟร์อด แห่งประเทศไทย จะดูแลผมและครอบครัวให้มีความสุขร่าเริงไหม จะละทิ้งครอบครัวผมไหม ดังคำที่ว่าครอบครัว Ford

เมื่อลงมือได้ปฎิบัติขึ้นมาเป็นรูปเป็นร่างขึ้นมาให้ได้ชมเชย ก็เก่งมากน่ายกย่องสรรเสริญเป็นยิ่งนักที่สร้างรถ Ford Everest ที่หล่อเหลา เท่ สมกับศักดิ์ศรีได้ยอดเยี่ยม เหมือนนักรบที่กล้าเผชิญได้ทุกสถานการณ์ เปรียบดั่ง ( GRADIATOR )
ดังนั้น: ผมถึงภูมิใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ครอบครองเป็นเจ้าของที่ได้ขับขี่มันอย่างภาคภูมิใจ ให้ความสง่างาม นุ่มนวล ได้อารมณ์ ความดุดันเร่งทะยานไปข้างหน้าอย่างองอาจ กล้าหาญ ดั่งนักรบที่ต่อสู้อย่างมีสติ ปัญญา ,,,,
อย่างไรก็ดี : เมื่อนักรบได้พุ่งทะยานไปข้างหน้าก็ย่อมมีบาดเจ็บ บกพร่อง ก็เป็นธรรมดา ,,,
แต่ผู้ที่เป็น “ พระราชา “ ย่อมต้องดูแลนักรบที่ดีที่ซื่อสัตย์ให้อยู่ดีกินดี เพราะเขาทั้งหลายได้ร่วมเคียงข้างกับท่านอย่างองอาจมั่นใจว่า เราจะไม่ถูกทอดทิ้งในยามลำบากเป็นอันขาด ,,,
ถ้าเป็นดั่งเช่นที่กล่าวไว้ “ ดั่งครอบครัว Ford “ ชื่อเสียงของท่านจะกึกก้องสรรเสริญท่านเป็นแน่แท้ ,,

8. หน้าจอเวลาสัมผัสก็ไม่ทำงานอีก เป็นอยู่หลายครั้ง และ มากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ

9. อนาคตต่อไป : ผมจะเป็นไปอย่างไร ผมหวังว่า ฟร์อด แห่งประเทศไทย จะดูแลผมและครอบครัวให้มีความสุขร่าเริงไหม จะละทิ้งครอบครัวผมไหม ดังคำที่ว่าครอบครัว Ford
