【 Elise & Exige S2 // Full Dry Carbon Conversion // Phase 1 Renders 】

Declassifying the CAD geometry for the Elise/Exige S2 platform. (Note: The rear aerodynamic architecture is currently undergoing final iterative optimization before we lock the CNC phase).

Following the S1 deployment, the directive here was absolute: engineer a modern mini-hypercar footprint that honors the Chapman DNA while violently escalating its track aggression, executed in autoclave dry carbon. We are excising maximum sprung mass from the chassis, rendering even the highest-tier fiberglass obsolete.

The S2 Widebody Dry Carbon Conversion:

-Full Front & Rear Clam Replacement
(+20mm front / +40mm rear per side)

-Complete Headlight Architecture Conversion

-Side Skirt + Diffuser

-Rear Wing

-Optional: Bespoke 3D-Printed Titanium Center-Exit Exhaust

DM to discuss allocation.

【 ELISE S1 // FULL DRY CARBON CONVERSION // SR-01 】

Documenting the physical manifestation of the S1 architecture at its current milestone, right before the chassis re-enters the skunkworks for an even more aggressive bespoke evolution.

We completely re-engineer the baseline: a fully reimagined clam widened +40mm on the rear, executed in F1-grade dry carbon to aggressively target a sub-700kg kinetic footprint.

Aerodynamic deployment is handled by a Group 5-style wing paired with an active rear jet turbine array drawing direct inspiration from the T.50.

Captured in Lightning Yellow.

First look at the raw CAD renders for the upcoming S2 Elise/Exige Crayon full dry carbon conversion.
Following the success of our S1 platform, the goal here was to create a modern mini-hypercar. We wanted an updated, totally badass track presence that still remains reasonably, undeniably Lotus.

Built for those who understand the pure advantage of sprung mass, this kit would be engineered entirely in autoclave dry carbon. These replacement clams will shred the maximum amount of weight from the chassis, fundamentally outperforming even the highest-quality fiberglass on the market.

-Front & Rear Clam (+2cm front / +4cm (per side) rear width)
-Complete Headlight Conversion
-Modular Side Skirt & Diffuser Aero Package
-Track-Calibrated Rear Wing
-Optional Upgrade: Bespoke 3D Printed Titanium Center Exit Exhaust Tip

【 Production Update & Appreciation 】

We want to take a moment to thank everyone for the huge response to our 3-spoke rims.

Perfecting this design took a lot of heart. As engineers, we spend our time chasing the strength-to-weight ratio + the aesthetics of the next-generation beauty.

Right now, the team is fully head-down. We are actively consolidating all the finalised commissions and rushing to get the custom CAD drawings out for everyone on this first block.

Here's a rotating reel for y'all meanwhile.

【 UNSPRUNG MASS // ROTATIONAL GEOMETRY 】

The 3-spoke architecture is rare for a reason: perfecting the load distribution is notoriously difficult.

We were experimenting wheel design for the Elise:
It should'nt just look hypercar-light,
It should behave light.

For this iteration (seen on all our democars), we deployed AI-driven topology optimization to calculate a structural lattice that pushes strength-to-weight ratios beyond conventional human design limitations.

Milled strictly from aerospace-grade 6065 forged aluminum, this prototype is calibrated specifically for the Lotus Elise chassis.

We are aggressively shedding unsprung mass from our previous concepts while simultaneously reinforcing the structural load paths.

While waiting for the Elise S2 full conversion CAD, we are calibrating optics for the Crayon S1.
Main LED array and auxiliary fogs locked.

【 PRODUCTION // PRE-LP GALLARDO FRONT BUMPER 】

We are securing the final allocations for the initial autoclave dry carbon front bumper run for the Pre-LP Lamborghini Gallardo chassis.

Developed by our skunkworks backend, this architecture rejects the standard LP facelift conversion. We want to weaponise the timeless geometry of the Pre-LP platform by maintaining its true era-correct footprint while aggressively correcting the stance; stripping away the soft factory curvature to introduce a much sharper, aerodynamic profile inspired by the era-correct language from the LP640.

The next retail batch will be at USD 6,900.
To establish this initial 10-unit production batch, we have authorised a factory-direct R&D tier of USD 3,800 per unit.

Separately:
USD 2,800 for LP640-style side mirrors.
USD 3,200 for forged aluminium rims (Centerlock Design).

At this price point, the aftermarket standard defaults to heavy fibreglass or wet carbon compromises. We are strictly deploying pre-preg dry carbon. The structural and mass-reduction advantage here is absolute.

Status: 3/10 allocations remain.
Logistics: Autoclave production queue locks August 5th.

DM to secure your chassis allocation.

A rare day with both our bespoke Elise and Gallardo prototypes in the shop.

Exposed carbon details on the Elise, our topology-optimised 3-spoke forged aluminium wheel study for the 700 kg platform, and some integrated LP640-inspired details on the pre-LP Gallardo prototype.

More work will be unveiled soon. 😉
(A certain prancing horse is currently under design.)

【 S1 CRAYON // AUTOCLAVE EXTRACTION 】

Factory throwback to pulling the pre-preg dry carbon clamshells fresh from the autoclave.

These are light 𝑙𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡. There is a deep engineering satisfaction in taking a sub-800kg chassis and making it even lighter. Pure mass reduction.
