Recently took up their Bike Refresher option. This was my 2nd visit as I had a very good experience with their attention to detail the first time ard.
However, I was a little disappointed to see this one part of my bike not cleaned properly. I will still give this team another go next time as this not-so-positive experience is not enough to deter me away.
