Purchased a Chevy Malibu almost 2 years ago.
It went into the shop for repairs two weeks after having it. This vehicle has been in the shop at least 7-10 times including right now. It has gotten to the point that GM contacted me to offer a warranty. This has got to be the worst car I've ever owned and I regret even buying it. On top of that I called to complain and the supervisor Kenneth (ref# 8-2963763584) had the nerves to tell me the car should not be referred to as a lemon and if I'm calling for compensation it will not be honored. I never asked for ANYTHING BUT A WORKING, RELIABLE VEHICLE. I was also told my complaint has reached it's finally destination with him and will not be escalated because he doesn't have a boss and he makes all the decisions. Little do he know I am going to continue to complain until I hear from an executive (CEO, President, VP )or someone else that can help me.
This is a review of Chevrolet's customer service, spoiler alert, it's not a good review. My husband purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado 1/2 ton truck back in May of 2013, and the truck only had 3 miles on it. It is now four years old, has 38,000ish miles on it, and the driver's side door creeks and pops loudly when you go to close it. When he took it into the dealership for an oil change, he asked them to look at the door issue. They told him that the door hinge was severely worn out & needed to be replaced. Since the truck was 2,000 miles past factory warranty and the extended warranty didn't cover this part, it would be $350 (plus tax) to replace. My husband called Chevrolet's customer service since the truck was barely out of warranty and the hinge shouldn't have degraded that badly this soon. At first Chevrolet agreed that this issue was odd, and that the hinge must have been defective from the factory. They agreed to cover $300 of the cost (husband agreed to pay the extended warranty's deductible). Fast forward one month and many phone calls to Chevrolet's customer service which resulted in only run arounds/pass offs resulting in getting no where (one service person thought the issue was resolved, nobody updated my husbands contact information even though he gave them that information during every phone call, and another service person stating, "well what do you expect? Your truck is very old."). Now, Chevrolet has decided to withdraw their offer of paying for a portion of the cost, and refusing to help even though they admitted that the part was defective from the factory. The truck itself has given us no problems other than this door issue, but due to Chevrolet's horrible customer service, we won't be buying another vehicle from them. Do not buy from this company unless you like be betrayed by their customer service. Time to contact the BBB now. Have a great day.

We all Noida Chevrolet customers strongly feel that there should one more or another service centre than Shiva Motors. As otherwise people are just getting frustrated by getting worst after sale service even by paying the asked/high amounts. With such scenario... You must have noticed that Chevrolet car sales has gone down and going down n down by the time. There are n number of examples that mostly every customer can give/share. We request Chevrolet to please open one more or another service centre in Noida as soon as possible!
PLEASE BRING BACK THE CHEVY VENTURE! We need a nice small, compact mini-van, not one of those monstrous things with high tires and a huge ugly bull nose! Try creating a nice mini-van from the Citi Express -- 2 more rows of seats, windows all around, perhaps a bit longer. You are missing the boat!
