NEWS TO SHARE TO THE PUBLIC OF SOME FAMOUS CAR DEALER LAMBORGHINI STORY!

Boss of a automobile company that is famous in doing live owed us a huge sum of money and is telling everyone that we cheated his money and took the car back from him.

Here comes the truth,

On the 23rd October 2021, he signed an agreement with our company to lease to own our vehicle (Lamborghini Aventador).

The vehicle was handed to him with sufficient road tax and insurance. But the agreement that we signed is that he will have to pay for the road tax and insurance once it is due for renewal.

So on May 2022, the Road Tax expired. June 2022, the insurance expired. We told him way before that it is going to be dued for renewal. Then he dragged us till August 2022 to pay the insurance and the Road Tax.

But in May 2022 when we informed him that the road tax is due for renewal, he was already 1 month late in paying his instalments.

We were kind and let him have a bit of time to find money to pay at least 2 months of outstanding instalments first, which he already owed us 5 months. So finally after multiple reminder to him, on the 20th September 2022, he issued a cheque worth 2 months of instalment to us. But later on, the cheque bounced. So he buy time again and again until the 23rd October 2022 which he cannot buy anymore time. So he got no choice but to surrender the car back to us. Which made him owe us a total of 6 months instalments excluding late charges and late interest.

After he surrender the car to us, he owed us a huge amount of money which he is liable for. He paid a total of close to 10% to us and left 90% owing then he tell people that we cheated his money and he is going to make a police report. Then MIA on us (not on social media tho).

The 10% that he paid to us is barely enough to cover 2 months instalments. Which made him owe us at least 4 months of instalments, late interest and late payment charges.

Anyone who is leasing from him under the scheme of lease to own, you better be careful that one day your vehicle might get repossessed by a finance company.

*we will not share the amount he owe to us and we will not share who the person is.
