▶The STAR FORGED forging series products benefit from the advantages of its own factory, which has undergone 6 design improvements by a well-known domestic design team. After that, it adopts the top-level forging material T6-6061 aluminum alloy, which is commonly used in the construction of aircraft and train shells. The three major manufacturers forge rough blanks of about 100kg, and then go through the factory for lathe rough machining, numerical standard measurement, CNC milling semi-finished products, polishing and grinding, painting center painting, baking room painting, precision polishing, quality inspection, and 8 processes to complete the forging of finished wheel hubs. The forging series has rich data and color customization, fully satisfying customers' personal taste with freedom. Combined with years of track experience and the application of technology accumulated in wheel hubs, it can become the final product with beautiful appearance and reliable performance.
▶The STAR FORGED forging series has undergone 12 years of precipitation, gradually upgraded processing, and completed brand quantification.
