Finance Director
The Finance Manager is expected to be detail oriented, driven with statistics skills, have strong problem solving skills, and of an investigative nature.
The successful, finance managers should have a deep commercial awareness, strong numeracy skills, and a keen interest in the growth, efficiency, and profitability of Autobash company. Expected to have outstanding communication and report writing skills with excellent technical ability and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and execute the financial tasks of Autobash company.
• Make estimates of the funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives.
• Complete the financial reports, lead the monthly closing process and conduct the monthly financial forecast.
• Develop and implement the budgeting plans, forecasting, and reporting.
• Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
• Manage all fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
• Carefully make the proper investments on assets that maximize returns.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to drive the business performance.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Evaluate the financial performance of the company and measure returns on investments.
• Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities.
Requirements
• B. Sc. degree in finance/accounting or relevant degree.
• M. Sc. Degree is preferable.
• Professional qualification such as (ACCA/CPA/SCCA/CMA) or similar will be considered.
• International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) accreditation (preferable).
• 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager.
Skills
• Thorough understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Careful attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a teams.
• Have excellent reporting skills, knowledge of data analysis and communication skills.
• Outstanding communication and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Firm with high ethical standards.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and other financial planning software.
