Volxzone Event '26
To anyone rooted in the VW scene, the Volxzone Event (or Wolfsgruppe VAG Event as it used to be known) is quite legendary. There's been so many videos of this event online, it's left an impression on a lot of enthusiasts around the world. Even if they've never been.
The backdrop is instantly recognizable. Żerków's MCT Hotel has been the venue for many years. This time, thanks to who offered to take me along, I was finally able to attend after having watched videos about it for so long.
What an event. A weekend that turned out to be a full on dream for any VW enthusiast. A weekend filled with friends, laughter and of course a lot of photography. Expect my coverage in PerformanceVW mag soon. Also quite a few feature car shoots wrapped up...
And they even let me pick out a car for the PVW Choice award. Who ever thought that was a good idea... Hah! But I think I made a good choice and gave it to a perfect 90s style Polo G40 on incredibly wide Schmidt TH Lines!
Hats off to the VOLXZONE team. What a show.
