Our shop has started, this week we recommend a Plexiglass Windshield used interchangeably with the windscreen in the sports version of the Mercedes 190SL 1955-1963. Only 5 sets with wooden box included.

Plexiglass sport windshield (windschutrzscheibe)for Mercedes 190SL , designed by us and made based on the plans of the sport version, mounted with 4 screws. Used interchangeably with the original windscreen. Time required for the operation - 10 minutes.

Currently in France we are testing in our Mercedes 190 SL-r No10/12 further modifications that can be introduced in our SL-r. All modifications are designed so that it is possible to return to the Original version.
Disc brakes are being tested using mostly period elements. Sports shock absorbers and custom-made springs, electric power steering and electronic ignition system.
Braking power is incomparable, they do not heat up and it is possible to install an additional caliper on the rear brake for an additional handbrake, e.g. for starting uphill and for fun 🙂 Electric power steering combined with suspension modification is amazing, we control it with one finger.
Electronic ignition system with modified maps - 120 km/h we press the gas and the car accelerates briskly.

Copa d’oro Dolomiti Rally 2024 and our next Mercedes 190SL-r No3/12 08/1955. The first tests went very well, of course there are a few things to improve.
