My Gen2 prius was showing this error,As i have visited well known workshops but Everyone was suggesting me too change the hybrid bettery, instead of catching the real fault.
I have posted this code in group a week ago
Brother was willing to solve it
He visited my place and found the Real Error.
Hybrid bettery was grounded due to leakage of of electrolyte from a single cell.
He Replaced that single cell, Now its working fine.
