What is the best battery to replace our stock MC battery? Do you suggest... Motolite, Imarflex, Quantum, Yuasa? What do you recommend your choice?
Most of us always think first the price. But the bottomline for battery replacement is "Duarability and Dependability."

520 Chain Conversion

A popular upgrade is a so called 'chain conversion' what actually is replacing a 'big' chain and sprockets by a 'small' chain and sprockets. Most powerful modern bikes come with a strong chain type like a 525, 530, 532 or even bigger.
By replacing it by a smaller and lighter one like a 520 chain they hope to gain power and speed.
The advantages of the 'conversion are:

lighter chain and sprockets
less unsprung weight
less rotating mass

The disadvantages are:

weaker chain
more chain wear with danger of snapping
hardly noticeable difference

Personally I would not do it as you will probably not even notice the difference unless you are a professional racing driver and can replace your chain before every race. Just keep your the stock chain in good condition by cleaning and lubricating it regularly. That saves you some money so you can go to the gym and loose some 'unsprung weight' your self.

The new PULSAR 220 (also known as Rouser 220)

The modified Rouser 220 that you see here is built on an Aprilia Deltabox frame. The fairing, fuel tank and most of the body panels seem to have been taken from a 600 cc Gixxer. The fairing supports the same old headlamp and while the front-look might not be to everyone’s taste, the front end of the bike looks absolutely stunning when viewed in profile. Oh, and the Bugs Bunny ears continue to perform the duty of RVMs. The front section also gets upside-down forks from the R6 along with the R6 front disc brakes. The 17 inch rims and the swingarm seem to have been donated by a Honda RVF400. The rims come wearing Michelin rubber, with the front getting 120/70 and rear getting 180/55 spec footwear.

Replace this with a gasket that has a ASBESTOS component. Base gasket on our engine tends to leak due to extreme heat. There is no remedy for this but to replace it.

7. PROCEDURE
In order to earn and retain the trust and respect of each other within the [AROUSER ELITE CLUB INC] as well as the other Motorcycle Club – including individual riders and the general public – principles of honesty, integrity, fair dealing and the highest ethical standards must underlie everything we do and every decision we make. We will be judged not only in terms of how competent we are at conducting our group activity, but also on our integrity and how we behave at Club, in community or political involvement and in the public expression of personal views.
