KINSA DIAY SI JULU DACAL?
Si Cesar Julu Dacal ang kasamtangang Senior Board Member sa 1st District sa Probinsya sa Zamboanga del Sur, nahimong numero uno niadtong 2022 local election, siya usab usa ka professional and licensed civil engineer.
Siya mihuman usab sa kursong Master of Arts in Governance and Development sa Ateneo de Zamboanga University, pinaagi niini nahimo na kining bansay sa pagpanday ug mga balaod ug gani countless nga mga balaod na ang nahimo ni Julu alang sa katawhan sa Zamboanga del Sur.
Lakip na usab sa mga balaod nga napanday niya nakahatag ug benipisyo sa syudad sa Pagadian tungod kay nahimo usab siyang 4-termer City Councilor sa syudad sa Pagadian dala ang Finance and Appropriations Committee ug Infrastracture and Community Development ug nagantihan og Most Outstanding City Councilor of the Year sa Serbisyon Publiko Award sa GAWAD Media Research Evaluation Society sa Manila.
Nahimo usab siyang 2-termer Board Member sa unang distrito sa Probinsya sa Zamboanga del Sur.
