Not all CVT noise comes from the variator.

This one was coming from the clutch side. We found a worn needle bearing inside the torque drive.

A bad bearing can start with some unusual noise or a rough feeling from the CVT. Keep running it and eventually it starts damaging the parts around it too.

Sometimes the hardest part is figuring out where the noise is actually coming from.

Stock Vespa front shock is around 245mm.
215mm already brings the front down.
185mm takes it even lower.
For some riders, it’s all about getting that lower stance. For shorter riders, it can also make the Vespa a little more manageable.

Style or function. Sometimes you can have both.
