Holding area on Balicasag Island. This is where your MENRO Ticket the one you paid from the mainland Panglao island holding areas
(P300/pax for the environmental tax and entrance fee) is being presented as soon as you arrived Balicasag Island. Then once presented at the window, a certified by DOT community tour guide will be assigned to you. Normally, its 3:1 ( 3 guests and 1 guide) on a Paddle boat.
You may wait for your assigned guide on the boat and let your boatman handle it or you may want to disembark and wait at the site just observe the actual scenario & experience how busy the area is early in the morning while enjoying a mango shake. Perhaps, you may stroll around while waiting and do a little souvenir shopping or underwater gear and gadget rentals. It is all up to you.
