Duties & Responsibilities:

- Handles petty cash fund, maintain and replenishes the fund.
- Receives incoming cash/checks from customers paid in personally or through bank
transfer/deposit.
- Issuance of official/provisional receipts for cash/checks received from the clients.
- Prepares daily cash tally sheet (daily collection report) for submission to the
President.
- Monitoring of bounced checks.
- Examines currency to detect counterfeit or damaged money.
- Handles cash count to compare amount with slips or cash receipts.
- Prepares cash reconciliation at the end of the day.
- Submit daily the validated copy of the deposit slip attached with the
official/provisional receipts to accounting department.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any Bachelors degree preferably accounting related courses
- With at least one (1) year experience preferably in an office set up
- Trustworthy, with very good communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized

-Monitors parts status shipments to forwarders daily through the general distributor to check the timeline and delivery status;
-Analyzes the parts order daily through email to meet the cost factor;
-Summarizes the parts data in the data base as basis for monthly price calculation for monthly reports to the management;
-Computes costs, duties & taxes of parts order daily by inputting all parts order in the Data Management System to automatically compute the costs and duties & taxes of parts if any;
-Prepares parts list and invoice for payment of charges daily by inputting the charges through Purchase Order in the data base. Check the billing for parts cost and selling prices to determine the correctness of suppliers’ billing as needed, depending on the arrivals
-Determine and monitor parts trends of the aftersales. Ships/deliver the parts retail and warranty requirements posted for both internal and external or any origin by coordinating with the internal/external customer for pick up then deliver out, depending on the arrival of retail parts/accessories and warranty parts
-Monitoring and assuring accuracy of parts inventory, packing, ordering, stocking and inquiries are 100% achieved.
-Monitoring and assuring parts OTC monthly sales target are achieved

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration or Logistics Management; Automotive Degree; licensed custom’s broker is an advantage.
-At least two years of relevant work experience in a Logistics industry.

• Provides administrative support to the Sales Department issues and other related concerns.
