DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides administrative support to the Sales Department issues and other related concerns.
• Responsible for all the reports needed by the Sales Manager such as daily performance reports, workshop personnel attendance, budget report, etc.
• Facilitates all documentary requirements needed by the dealership to complete its interdepartmental requirements such as travel budget request and liquidation, memo issuance coming from HR, Accounting, Office of President (OP), etc.
• Attends to a variety of administrative details such as keeping informed of departmental/division activities, transmitting information, developing, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures and monitoring day to day operations of the functional area to which assigned.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence and reports, filing, and answering phones. Maintain and upkeep various filing systems.
• Answer questions and concerns of the department; follow through either to resolution or refer to the appropriate manager.
• Regular attendance monitoring of his/her members in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time.
• Maintain a professional working environment and attitude.
• Maintain and upkeep of all office equipment.
• Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls requiring the use of judgment and the interpretation of policies, rules, procedures and ordinances.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the superior.
JOB SPECIFICATION
• Educational Requirement: College Graduate with Business Management or any related course.
• Job Related Experience At least 1-2 years relevant experience.
