At just 13 years old, Kyro Mangosong continues to prove that age is just a number. In only his second season competing in the MotoIR Philippine National Road Racing Championship, he has already claimed the top step of the podium multiple times, claiming victory in the SSBK SP Class.

What makes this achievement even more special is how quickly he has adapted to the highly competitive world of road racing. Every race has been a learning experience, yet through hard work, discipline, determination, and grit Kyro has already established himself as one of the sport’s brightest young talents.

This victory is only the beginning. The future is bright for Kyro Mangosong #82, and he’s proving that with his commitment, and relentless effort, big dreams can become reality. The journey has just begun.

I’m officially entering free agency.

I’m truly grateful to Ducati Philippines for giving me the opportunity to be part of the family. Thank you for the trust, the support, and the experience. It was an honor to represent the brand and compete alongside an amazing group of people.

Moving forward, I’ll be racing under BM111 POWERSPORTS, my own team, with the full backing of my family, friends, and valued sponsors.

I’m looking forward to this new chapter. Free agency gives me the opportunity to experience different brands, work with different people, and discover what each motorcycle has to offer. At the end of the day, it’s all about racing, learning, and continuing to grow in the sport I love.

Another weekend, another chance to fight here in Lamitan Basilan for the much awaited 2026 Lami-Lamihan Mayor Oric Furigay Invitational Motocross! Thank you Mayor Oric Furigay For giving us this chance to be with the people of Lamitan and thank you Maam Honeylyn Uy Niel Ryan Uy and the entire LGU of Lamitan Basilan ♥️ for making sure we enjoyed our stay! Big shout out to my Brother Harry lim and Tita Mil linda Lim for always welcoming me and my team to your home in Zamboanga.

We came back to the brutal tracks of Mindanao with one goal to keep pushing the Ducati Desmo 450 MX closer to the top step of the podium. Every race is another opportunity to understand this motorcycle, grow as a team, and prove what we’re capable of.

In the flat track races, we finished 1-4 and 1-1, finally earning our first flat track victory in Mindanao against some of the best riders in the country. It was a huge step forward for all of us.

Motocross was just as promising. We won the opening motos in both MX1 and Open Production, showing that the speed is there. But racing is won from the first gate drop to the checkered flag, and the second motos reminded us how tough this sport really is. We couldn’t finish the job, but every setback gives us more data, more experience, and more motivation.

This is still a new partnership, a new motorcycle, and a new program. Success doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from putting in the laps, solving problems, and refusing to quit when things don’t go your way.

When I look back at the weekend, I’m grateful. We won 6 of our 8 heat races, battled with some of the fastest riders in the country, and left knowing we’re getting closer every time we line up.

We’re not chasing perfect weekends we’re building a championship-caliber program. Step by step, race by race, we’ll keep learning, keep improving, and keep fighting until we put this Ducati where it belongs.

The journey continues.
