⚫️Full job description
▪️Job Responsibilities
✔️Inspecting machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
✔️Conducting repairs
✔️Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
✔️Clean and apply lubricants components of engines and machinery
✔️Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventive measures to machine or motorcycle users
✔️ Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of needed components.
✔️Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
✔️ Stay updated on the latest technical bulletins and manufacturer standards.
▪️Job Requirements
✔️Proven experience as a mechanic
✔️Preferably with NC I and NC II
✔️Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of motorcycles
✔️Working knowledge of motorcycle diagnostic systems and methods
✔️Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and equipment, etc.
✔️Preferably a graduate of Vocational course related to Vehicle/Motorcycle Mechanic.
✔️High school diploma is preferred; Certification from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a plus
✔️Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience as motorcyle mechanic.
✔️Can diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems
✔️Knows how to reassemble parts after repair.
✔️Knows how to make and maintain reports and records.
✔️With professional or non- professional driver’s license and can drive
✔️Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
✔️With knowledge in troubleshooting, and motorcycle maintenance;
✔️Trustworthy & with Integrity
✔️With good customer relations
✔️With pleasing personality
✔️With good work ethics
✔️Excellent physical condition
✔️ Ability to explain technical procedures to less experienced team members.
✔️Good communication and teamwork skills.
✔️Willingness to share knowledge and help develop others.
