OFFICIAL NOTICE FROM VIANNEY MOTOR WORKS
Vianney Motor Works would like to formally clarify that the page/account operated by Ellis Cruz is NOT connected, affiliated, authorized, or associated with Vianney Motor Works in any capacity.
We have identified Vianney Motor Works photographs and branded materials being used on his page in connection with vehicle offers, pricing, and sales-related discussions.
These images are our property and have not been authorized for use in advertising or selling vehicles on his behalf.
For the avoidance of doubt:
• Ellis Cruz is not an authorized representative, agent, reseller, or employee of Vianney Motor Works.
• Vianney Motor Works has not authorized him to advertise or offer our vehicles or builds for sale.
• Any prices, payment terms, vehicle availability, or representations made by him are solely his own and are not issued, approved, or guaranteed by Vianney Motor Works.
• The vehicle/build shown in our photographs should not be represented as stock or inventory available through his page unless he can independently establish ownership of the actual vehicle being offered.
We formally request that he immediately cease using Vianney Motor Works photographs, branding, and other materials in connection with unauthorized vehicle sales or promotions.
We are issuing this notice to protect our customers, our business, and members of the public from any misunderstanding regarding who they are dealing with.
Please verify directly with Vianney Motor Works before making any payment or entering into any transaction involving a vehicle represented using our photographs.
